Tank Cleaning

I have a 6 ft tall cylinder tank that is impossible to reach the bottom for cleaning. Unfortunately, a fire shrimp shed his skin and small damsel die. I need some type power vaccum that I can get to the bottom and suck them up with. It will need to be flexiable as there are some curves etc. I need to co thru. Anybody have something they can recommend to handle this? Thanks
