Tank Cycle

So after about 28 days and a help of a shrimp i think my tank is finished cycling at the beginning the NO3 was at 0 about 5 days ago was 64 and today t was at 4. So at this time should i add my clean up crow or no.

You shold have seen your ammonia rise and then go to 0. Then your nitrites would have risen and then go to 0. Then you should do about a 33% pwc and the add slowly. We have a good article about it in our sw articles section.
