Tank Purchase

I have purchased an established 150 gallon tank with rock ( 200 lbs. ), sand, livestock, which includes a zebra moray eel that is 48" long. I will have to transport approximately 80 miles to return home. I will have ice chests, bait tanks, and buckets. I intend on transporting as much of the water as possible. Any further advice would be appreciated.

If possible, keep everything wet...there will be a lot more die-off with the live rock and sand if it isn't.

Hopefully it is a six foot 150g? A four foot long eel in anything less will be pretty cramped.
