Tank very cloudy.
Added sand yesterday but I did wash it first. Also the sand came with a bio clarifirer. Its still foggy?

Give it a couple more days.. it will dissipate if you washed it beforehand like you said you did. You could also run carbon in a small
HOB
filter if you want, which would speed up the clearing process.

Yes. Smell is because of the cycle. Don't worry about it.
