Its been a while since I have last posted and a lot has happened. As I got into it, I decided I wanted to go larger now rather than later. Therefore, I decided to go from a 92g corner to a 180 (72"x24"x24"). I purchased a used RR 180 along with a 2200gph Iwaki, 2 Sea Swirls, Predator Downflow Skimmer, 2 400W MH, Dosing pumps and a calcium reactor. The tank and equipment need a little TLC and I have to construct a stand. I was planning on doing this over the course of the next few months.
Well, all hell broke loose this week. I left a valve open on my ATO reservoir and dumped about 30gal on my living room floor. I had to break down the 92g, pull back/dry the carpet, replace the padding and relay the carpet. Now my critters are living in a makeshift setup while I scramble to get the 180 ready. AGGGHHH!
