Water flow & fish stress

I have two small clowns
How will the water flow affect them?
It seems like they are fighting the "current" a little bit
34 gal Red Sea max tank with upgrade pump

What is the gph? I'm pretty sure they will be fine, my tank has close to 45 x turnover per hour and none of my fish care

My clowns swim in front of mp10 all the time and there in a tank with 40-60% turn over depending on the setting
