Water Flow for 90G Main / 55 Sump

I thought I had enough water flow for my setup but now I think I am a little concerned.

I have a 90G main tank with a 55G sump. I know the 55G is big but I had laying around so I converted it to a sump. It is holding probably 40 gallons of water as a sump. I also have a 20G long for a fuge.

The 90G is fed with a Rio 3100 (900 gph max, getting probably 700 gph), the fuge is fed with a Mag5 (500 gph max, getting probably 350). I also have a Hydor 3 (850 gph) and an ASM G3 Protein Skimmer with a Sedra 5000 (500 gph).

Here is a pic of my sump setup...

==================================

I figure there is about...
90 +
40 +
20
-----
150 gallons in my system.
==================================
and for flow I have about...
700 + (Rio 3100)
350 + (Mag 5)
850 + (Hydor 3)
500 + (Sedra on ASM G3)
-----
2400 gph flow rate
==================================

Based on those calulations I have a 16x flow rate.

Should the Hydor and Sedra count in calculation?

Is this enough flow? If not, what should I add? Another Hydor?

The Sedora doesn't nor should the Mag fuge pump IMO. In my 90 I have a mag-9 return, 2 K4's and a fluval 404 canister running empty for flow.

I'd add another K3 (or upgrade to K4's)

OK...so that would change my flow equation

700 + (Rio 3100)
850 (Hydor K3)
-----
1550 gph flow rate for a ratio of 10.3x

if I went ahead and added another K3 for another 850 I would get...

700 + (Rio 3100)
850 + (Hydor K3)
850 (Hydor K3)
-----
2400 gph flow rate for a ratio of 16x

or at a K4? Little more expensive however 400gph more. You on a budget? If not they have some new vortech MP10's coming out for around $200 with tax. which are rated from 500-1500gph.
