Water Parameters

As I continue to read up on stuff and learn more and more I found this little handy dandy quick cheat cheat for water parameters on dr fosters and smiths.
http://www.drsfostersmith.com/pic/ar...=2004&aid=1079

I printed it out so I'd have a hard copy allowing me to reffer back to it quickly as need.

Figure others may find it handy as well.
(course if I look around the forums here I'd prob find this cheat cheat as well hehe)

Here is another good article that goes into more detail.

Nice short and sweet cheat sheet but really without the understanding of what each number means and the relationship to how it interacts with other chemicals like the reefkeeping article explains it's not useful for newbies.

Committing the main parameters to memory (temp/ph/sg/alk/ca) is also easy but knowing all the possible chemical reactions takes a little longer.

Biggest mistake newbies make is rushing their tank and not keeping up with weekly pwc which will keep your parameters "optimal" without even trying.
