What are some of the things on my live rock?

Just got into the saltwater hobby with a 3 gallon pico and was curious as to what is on my live rock. I have done planted tanks and have 2 set up with thriving plants, I'm very proud of that actually. I put some live rock into the tank and I was already aware of the bacteria it has on it put I also noticed some things that caught my eye what are they exactly. Thanks guys.

First two pictures are tubes from tube worms. Most likely empty.
The third are skeletons of LPS coral. Could be a couple of different things, but not alive.

can you get a better shot of the second pict , I see something but cant make it out , it's in that nook dead center in pict

Whatever it is it closed when I tapped it with tweezers.

Hmm it looks like it is, just found out their a pest too. Shame I thought I got a free coral or something lol.
