whats happening to my fish

hey there ya'll. i have a fairly new sw tank. its been cycled and set of for some time now but on monday i decided to ad my first standard fish

i say standard because eevry thing else is some sort of cleaning fish
IE on spotted goby and two star fish

i added one small spotted puffer and a yellow banded maroon clown.

the maroon clown from day one when i added him to the tank seemed to act funny. the next day his eyes seems hazy and his fins seemed to be ridged. and then this morning he has dead.

the other fish seem great and are eating like crazy. the goby will hop all over the tank chasing his food and the puffer also seems to be eating more then his fair share. but i noticed that the puffer almost looks like he is dusty, as if there is acctualy dust on him. the clown that died also had this.

any idea on what does this and is there somthing i can do so the puffer does not meet the same fate?? the goby might have it two but hes white with maroon spots so you can really tell. the star both look normal

That sounds to me like Marine velvet

What are your Nitrates, Nitrites, ammonia, salinity?

all readings look good

nitrate is .15 <-- not perfect but not to bad ither
nitrite 0
ammonia 0
SG 1.024/1.025
