why dont all my polyps open?

I have a colony of eagle eye polyps about a 3x3 rock covered in them. there are about 50/75 open on the colony and I have had it for about a week now. what could be the problem? I moved it up in the tank to get more light and to a spot with higher water movement however after about 5 hours it remains the same.

all my other colonies are open all the way and seem very healthy

Give it more time. Where did u get them from lfs or online?
