Would you suggest a powerhead?

I have a tank just over a week into a cycle. I have a Fulval 404 and a DAS Internal Skimmer running. The tank only has 14 lbs of live rock in it now. I was wondering if i should have a powerhead running in it for circulation? If yes, where should i position it? (hight)

What size tank is it? What do you plan to keep in it? If you are only planning on fish then a powerhead would be optional. Some corals and inverts, however, are much happier in high current environment.

also, certain fish like clowns & tangs that live in high current areas, would be much happier with a high current tank.
