Yellow/orange frog spawn

My lfs has 4 two headed frags and he wants $45 a head. I know that earlier this week Frog spawn was put on the endangered species list so no more from the wild. Is this a good price?

If it is truly orange then yes I'd get it. If just yellow tipped then it's alright.
Edit: just reread $45 a head is kinda steep.
