Zoa Placements?

I have three small frags of Zoa. When I first got them, they pretty much stayed opened, now they are "half" open. Under the moonlighting, they glow. I've placed them closer to the light, in a high flow area, low flow area and no response. My tank is around 12 days old with stock Bio Cube29 lighting. Tunze powerhead and intank's media basket.

That's your issue. Corals do not handle bad parameters very well. Once you cycle is finished and you bring your nitrates down they should perk back up if they make it thru the cycle.
