I'm going to be using my new 20 gal long aquarium for my Molly Fry Tank... I like a clean up crew... Would Ottos be okay with the babies?! How many?

The Ottos will do just fine with the fry, In My Experience.
Just make sure that you have a well established tank before you add them to the aquaria
