I already have a 10 gallon with 4 guppies but I want to upgrade to a 20. Could I add a pair of German blue rams? What else?(if anything)

6 kuhli loaches
Mabye 8 neon tetras
Make sure to cycle

Sounds cool. Thanks. And I know to cycle ...I'm not exactly a newbie when it comes to fishkeeping. But I am a newbie to community fish. But thanks. I will be running a topfin40 filter on it to take far of the bioload I throw at it.
