20G Long Lights

Thoughts/comments/suggestions.
Strict budget, currently have these 2 I'm mind, no plants in my tank so no requirements need to be met other than reliability. I have limited faith in amazon reviews. Any of you guys have one of these 2 lights?

If you have no plants then you could do a $5 desk lamp or LED strip from Walmart... The fish don't care lol

If you want really good use one of those metal bowls that hold a light bulb(the name is seriously slipping my mind right now)
