Agreed on the Angel. Sadly, an Angel will get too big for that tank, or will die prematurely. Either way it wouldn't be good.

You can get away with a Bristlenose Pleco. I've had one in a 10 before. They can be messy fish though, so make sure you keep up on the PWC.

I still believe they should be in no less than a 20g they are very messy fish, despite their size.

I agree. They are messy. But that is why if you put him in the 15g, you need to be diligent with water changes and you water parameters. I'll be honest, I had a BN in a 10g for the better part of a year and it was fine. NOT that I recommend that haha.
