Aeration

Probably a very common question... I got a 75 gal with a canister filter. Is an aerator or powerhead needed?

Unless you have fish that prefer fast currents then I would say you would be fine without a powerhead. What kind of canister filter is it? How many gallons per minute does it filter? I do not use airwalls/rocks in my tanks, I just don't like the looks of them.
