Aeration needed for Danios and White Clouds?

I have 2 10 gallon tanks with zebra danios, white clouds and a male betta in each. I know the betta does not require aeration, but what about the danios and white clouds? Do I need an airstone or some other form of aeration for them?

Do you have a filter on the tank? If so, that should supply plenty for them.
