African cichlids and puffer?

I was wondering if I could keep a freshwater puffer with my African cichlids it's a 65g tank with driftwood and many live plants! I want to keep the larger puffers not the small ones! I had them in my 55g before and the attacked all of my guppies angelfish tetras you name it! I was just wondering if I could keep them with another aggressive fish! Puffers are great and I love there little personalitys I would love to know if this is possible?

My uncle keeps 2 in his 65 gallon cichlid tank, just be sure to to have a lot of cover and places for the fish to hide.
