aggressive loaches

My 5 juvi clown loaches are being especially aggressive to my smaller angel. As a result the angel is getting torn up and looks pretty bad.

Is there anything i can do short of moving the angel. I do have another 10g QT with 3 resident zebra danios. I imagine the angel would be happy in there.

Also the algea has gotten out of control in my 55g since i've upgraded my light bulb. Any recommendations?

the easiest thing to do here would be to move the angel until he's bigger.
