Alkaline level hep

Anyway; does anyone know the right level of alkalinity a figure 8 puffer should have in his tank?

I just measured his stats and his alkalinity. It was around to round. It's serious then. 80

Wow, even I can't figure out what I was trying to say in the last sentence...anyway....can anyone help me out? I'm awake and able to make sense now.

Last night his alkalinity was 80. I think I was trying to ask how high that is in comparison to what a F8 puffer needs. I've tried looking for the answer, but I guess I'm not going to the right places.
