All of my fish died due to improper cyclying what do i do now?

I removed all fish and now I don't know what to do id like to try again but I don't want to lose any more fish. I seem to have some bacteria I'm worried the tank will recycle since I don't have an ammonia source anymore...

You'll need to provide an ammonia source, whether it's a raw shrimp or pure ammonia. There are several articles on here on how to fishless cycle, it's not really as hard as it seems.
