Ammonia 0.25

Hello I'm have had a 100 litre tropical tank now for about a month, I have 6 neons and 4 ballon Molly's but went to local fish shop last week and my ammonia level was at 0.25 my ph is 7 and nitrates nitrites are at 0. They told me to do water changes for a week for ammonia then go back but it's still the same so been told to do it for another week with quick start? Has anyone got other suggestions?

You are currently cycling your tank (building the bio filter) with fish. Here's the forum article on how to do this:

Thanks for that, they've gave me quick start to help the filter build up. And waiting for ammonia level to go down before I get anymore fish
