Ammonia?!

So I went to ace today and bought this to help try my cycle. Would this ammonia work?

Yep! Heres the calculator for proper dosing. Just make sure you change the 'ppm' from the default of 5 to 4ppm. A 5ml syringe works well for accuracy- most drugstores will give you one for free.

That's guys. That really helps me out. Also would this sand work for my tank. As long as I clean it very well? Would I be able to plant in the sand?

It should. I found the super cheap sand actually works. Don't trust me yet wait for another response.
