I would like to know where people are getting their Ammonia from.
"local grocer" and "local department store" are not working out for me and I don't really want to burn any more gas and time. Hopefully, you can name specific stores known (at least in your area) to carry ammonia.
I have checked:
Safeway
Target
Fred Meyer
QFC
ALL ammonia at these locations have, at the least, surfacants. QFC and Fred Meyer are both owned by Kroger so I would expect all Kroger locations to be unsuitable as well.
Wal-mart is 15 miles away, so I have not checked there yet. I have a Top Foods, Albertsons, Costco (I don't want a huge thing of ammonia though), and mom+pop grocers nearby. K-mart is about 20 miles away.
