AqAdvisor - Intelligent Freshwater Tropical Fish Aquarium Stocking Calculator and Aquarium Tank/Filter Advisor but take the advice with a grain of salt, it's not terribly accurate. Better to let actual people help with real world experience than some computer program IMO.
