It really depends on the betta. I say yes if it is a larger aquarium and you introduce them all at the same time

The betta is in there now, 16 gallon, and I was wondering if I can add fish later on?

The only way to find out is by putting a neon tetra in there and if he doesent go after it then you should be fine since that is the smallest and weakest fish on that list by the way keep a close on on it so that if he does try to kill it you can stop it

I would not put tetras with a Betta as they will most probably go after the Betta's fins.

I have never seen Rasboras or Cory cats ever bother any other fish.

I had put 6 black neon tetras in with my Betta, a Malabar Puffer and a deformed guppy...it lasted 1 week before I had to move the tetras...they were going after every one...my Betta, Puffer and Guppy are all slow moving fish and the neons were trying to nip all of them. They were in a 30 gallon tank, so there was plenty of room for everyone.

I had a betta with neon tetras before. It really depends on the betta
