What exactly is a bio bag?

I have been reading that a bio bag where the filter media (I have drop in inserts in mine) is?

Is there a certain pump that makes it all easier? thanks

A BioBag is actually a Tetra brand filter insert for specific types of inserts. It has carbon in it.

The best Filter that most AA people would recommend is an aquaclear. You can put a lot of different stuff in there, including BioMax (which is a good place for beneficial bacteria to live).
