Biocube chambers

I have a 32 gal biocube. Don't want to do a saltwater cause feel it's to much for me. Would like to do freshwater. The three chambers in the back. Please help what do I put in them. I have an intank basket for chamber two. Need to know what goes in one and two. I know the return pump is in 3. Any help would be appreciated. Never been in a forum before. Newbie to all this.

Your best media to use in those chambers is simple plastic pot scrubbies. I would put them in mesh bags for easy removal and cleaning every 6-8 months. More info here on media.
