Does anyone here use this as a dechlor??? I bought some but it STINKS..I mean literally SMELLS BAD. Does anyone else notice this?

Haha, I've got Bio Safe to and boy does it stink. It has some sort of sulfur compound as an ingredient and I think that's what we smell (rotten eggs). I keep it in two plastic bags and then a ziplock and haven't looked back since.
The stuff seems to work though and I think the smell is normal.
