Bright green and brown spots on filter

Was looking at my tank and I found these spots onthe filter only under water, is it good or bad ?

I'm thinking its algae but I could be wrong, how long has your tank been set up?

That's algae. Don't worry about it. Just wipe it off.

My tank is still cycling about a month and there's a white slime all over bother filters ? Does that change anything
