can i get a little color help

Picture not so great iPhone but I'm not the greatest with color red/green color blind maybe someone can tell me where I'm at please or close, nitrites only one I'm really concerned with

It's hard to tell from the pic; ammonia could be between 0 and .25. Nitrites are pretty high though. Is this a fish-in cycle or fishless?

Fishless nitrites have been high for awhile looked little lighter to me that's why I asked its still early yet in my cycle

Is it ok that there still this high I'm 2 weeks into my cycle they have been at that color or little darker for about 10 days.

I would do a 25% water change, the nitrites are a bit high.

I can do that, how long b4 I test it again after wc and should it make a noticeable difference
