cold water preditor

Hi i got a friend and hes just start a little 15 gal cold water setup then he saw my tanks now he wants something carnivorous the only rhings i can come up with are way big for his tank like my cod or perch or tropical like my oscars

Crayfish, mudminnows, pirate perch, banded sunfish, blue spotted sunfish, oranges potted sunfish, Pygmy sunfish. I'm sure there are others but most of those are predatory.
