Could I add a school of neon tetras to this tank?

I have a 20 long tropical with 4 platy (3 female, 1 male, no fry) and a female bolivian ram. I do weekly 25% water changes. Would adding a school of tetras overstock this tank? How many could I add?

If you have a good filter, 5-10 neons would be ok.

The filter is an Aqueaon 30, 200gph, I think it's pretty good. Could I add 4 this week and 4 next week, or should I introduce them slower?
