PH- 7.0

well that really depends upon the tank size, and how you are going about cycling the tank.

You may want to add some bacteria ... either commercial (ie Cycle), or take a handfull of gravel or a piece of filter media from a healthy (!!) established tank, if available. This will speed it up.
