Hi there- I'm a newbie here (first post today) so bear with me!! My son has a 30 litre tank with two small yellow comet fish. The water started going very brown very quickly and brown sludge began to grow in the gravel. My brother bought us a Dolphin F800 Internal Filter but I'm not sure about a couple of things (it came with NO instructions):
1) Should the venturi hang outside the tank?
2) Do I put fish floss in anywhere?
3) Is it noisy (my son is autistic and can't tolerate too much noise)
4) Will it help with the brown sludge problem?
Your advice/comment would be greatly appreciated. I know little about keeping fish and my son loves his two comets!!!
