Filter choice?

I have a 10 gallon tank I'm setting up, i need advice on a simple filyer. I currently have a 5 gallon tank that has the standard aqueon Small filter. It is practically silent. I need something similar in silentence or quiet. Any suggestions? Submersible vs. Hanging. I also need something on the less exprensive side. THOUGHTS?

I've used AC 20s on ten gallon tanks quite successfully. They're usually very quiet.

Look into sponge filters also, they do make soft bubbling noises, but I tend to find it very relaxing . To clean them, you simply siphon some old tank water into a bucket (such as when you are doing a water change) and squeeze the sponge a couple of times in the old tank water, (this also saves money as it prevents you from having to buy media), and you're good to go!

Thanks! The AC is looking like the way I might go... I have switched to a sponge filter currently (my shrimp is having babies), the bubbling is driving me CRAZY!
