I am sorry about your fish! Your numbers look on track. There isnt a whole lot that can be done about the nitrates out of your tap. Products such as Prime or Amquel Plus help to detox them, a bunch of fast-growing plants will help absorb them or you can consider cutting the tap with RO water. Water changes will help to keep them as low as can be managed. There are nitrate absorbing medias but I dont if they actually work as claimed or not. I would let the cycle stabilize a bit more before adding a few more fish.
