I was just wondering if the color and shape of the fish waste is significant to the fish's health. I have three mollies (black, silver, and dalmation), a red wag platy, and a red tailed shark. The color of their waste changes from time to time so I was wondering if that means anything, and anything else that their waste can tell me.

Yes I feed them the tetra min, I also try feeding the mollies romain lettuce, and I also occasionally feed them brine shrimp (dryfreezed).

IMO that would explain the color changes but as for what other things you can learn form the waste you got me.

Alright just making sure. I think I read somewhere on the forum that stringy white waste is a sign in bloat? One of my mollies exhibited that so I got a bit scared.

Oh, well it could be. I was just saying I personally have no clue what you can learn from fish waste.
