Getting started again

I am not exactly new to the hobby but a little out of practice. i have a 125g that i had as a full planted tank. it has been out of service for the last year but still full of water no heater or filter lights etc running. there are still some plants still living (probably due to eco-complete substrate) after a year what all should i do to get this tank going again. outside of a thorough gravel vacuming and changing the water and bleaching the filters to kill any bacteria? again i am not planning on planting this aquarium again.

Just make sure that as you do this you test the water before you add new fish.
