Grey algae

We are 18 days into our fishless cycle. I noticed today that there is some clumping grey algea looking material forming on some of the surfaces in the tank. Is this a problem?

Nah, don't worry about it. we got some of that stuff on our driftwood. Just to be sure, the sort we had was very light grey and fuzzy. Ours died off after few days and a PWC where I agitated it a bit.
