Help! Are my female guppies dead or pregnant or what?

Okay i have 2 female guppies one of them has been skimming the top of the tank for a couple days..barely moving and not interacting. Her picture is below..i have now removed her from my main tank and she is now with my younger female guppy and 2 younger female platys.. The fry tank ..

The guppy with the spotted tail i cant tell if she is pregnant or if so how far long is she.. Please help ecpcially if the other one is dying

Pregnant Guppies will often hover at the water line in order to avoid any male attention, it's completely normal.

I never kept Guppies long enough for them to breed but her Gravid Spot doesn't look that large yet, she may be a little while off still.

Live bearers when pregnant will often skim the surface. My 2 Molly girls do it all the time because they are bloody pregnant all the time lol. This is normal behaviour don't worry. She is defo pregnant and may well be in the mid stages. You have nothing to worry about. You'll find she hide a lot aswell again this is normal. Look forward to some fry soon
