I have a 20g with a small filter and heater. Temp is at 78. Should I add more deco? I can only have the tank half full as there is a leak

Only suggestion I have is to add some low light live plants. Moss balls and java moss comes to mind first.

Why not get some caulking and fix the leak?

Calking won't fit it, the glass has come apart at the top. I added some java fern and a moss ball.

you should add a few branches that stick out and grow some moss on in in the water and some semi/non-aquatic plants in the open on the branches. that would look cool!
