And if you do a retest with the same tube as went blue do you get that blue colour again?

When I test it on the same day it is always a different tube. I suppose I could have chosen the same tube when I retest it on a different day but I would expect that at least once or twice it has happened it would have been a different tube. I don't always use the same tube for PH, same tube for ammonia etc so maybe that could be the issue?

How are you cleaning them between tests?

Just filling them with hot water, shaking them up and down to clean and then rinsing them off.
