High Ammonia Levels

Hi Guys

I'm a complete novice to the aquarium game so I would greatly appreciate some assistance.

I purchased a API Master Test Kit today and decided to check my levels, the levels read as this
Ammonia 5.0
Nitrite 8.0
Nitrate 10

I had added some household Ammonia 9.5% yesterday and to my 64 litre tank.

Should I do a water change of 30/50% to bring the levels down or should I persevere for a day or two and see if they come down or not.
