I have a steamer that I use its to sanitize baby bottles. It could be as simple as a rack that fits over a pot of boiling water

isn't bleach poisonous to fish

Potassium permanganate is another good option, it makes a great plant dip also. Kordon actually makes a 'net soak' sterilizer solution also.

I use the bleach dip, then let it air dry.

So get some bleach and mix it with water. Wash thoroughly. Thats it right. If you are using bleach why can't you use soap.

I usually use a 1:10 or 1:20 bleach solution, then thoroughly rinse in 3x prime dosage water, then rinse with normal water.

Seachem Prime? Isn't that a water condtioner. Why would you wash stuff in conditioned water.

It reacts with hypochlorite (bleach) much the same way it reacts with chlorine.
