It has been 3 weeks since I started my fishless cycle on my 29g. At day 8 I had my nitrIte spike and by day 12 it dropped back to 1.0ppm. My NH3 is hanging around 2ppm, a drop from 4ppm. I havent dosed NH3 because I was waiting to drop to 1.0ppm. I have added Prime and Stress Zyme. 2 days ago I seeded it with substrate from a cycled tank, my only concern is that there is not enough BB on the substrate as the tank is a freshly cycled one. Any ideas? My last tank only took 17 days so I was wondering is size makes a difference?
