Ich problem! Please help

Hey guys i have a over stocked tank which soon will be moved to a bigger tank , some of the fish have dots on them like salt or something it seems to be ich from my research what do i do?? Help I'm worried

Increase your temp slowly between 86 - 88, add an extra airstone for oxygen. Pwc every couple of days too help. Leave temp up a week after the last spot. Good luck
